This privacy statement describes how Contegix (“We”, “Us”) collects and uses the personally identifiable information you provide on our Website: and the Contegix Portal. EU-U.S. Privacy Shield

Contegix participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Contegix is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.  Contegix complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Contegix is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.  In certain situations, Contegix may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, please contact our U.S.-based third party dispute resolution provider (free of charge) at  Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.



Contact Us Forms
In order to receive quotes or responses to inquiries to our sales department, we have provided a Contact Us form which visitors may use to contact Contegix. On the contact us form you are required to provide contact information (such as name, phone number, and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

You have the option to provide additional information (such as specific questions or comments about your current hosting arrangements) to us; we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you a more tailored response.

After submitting a request through the Contact Us form visitors will usually receive communication back from Contegix, either via email or via phone, within 1-2 business days.

Uses of Information
Contegix uses the information collected from the website in order to service the requests of visitors (in the case of sales requests, etc.), to monitor site traffic and trends, or to market our services to new potential customers. Contegix does not sell the information collected from the website, and Contegix does not share this information with third-parties, except to facilitate the above-mentioned uses of information or in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Collection of PI on the Portal
Contegix collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.



Sales Responses to Contact Us Requests
Contegix may respond to requests submitted via the Contact Us interface by either phone or email, as deemed appropriate by Contegix. Sales communications will originate from either the email address, or the specific email address of one of our sales agents. Sales responses may request additional information from the visitor, which will be used to further develop an accurate sales response. 

General Responses to Contact Us Requests
Contegix may respond to requests submitted via the Contact Us interface by either phone or email, as deemed appropriate by Contegix. General communications submitted to Contegix via the Contact Us interface may or may not be responded to by Contegix, depending upon the nature of the communication. If Contegix does respond, it will be directly related to the information provided in the Contact Us interface. Additional information may be requested. Contegix will not use non-sales requests as a trigger for a sales response. 

Supplementation of Information
In order to provide accurate responses to you, we may on occasion supplement the personally identifiable information you submitted to us with information from third party sources.

 Identification Verification—Contegix may use various methods to determine if the communication received through the website is accurate and the identity of the visitor can be verified.

• Supplemental Business / Website Information—Contegix may research the companies, individuals, or websites that submit requests through the Contact Us interface, or who contact Contegix directly by email. In this research, Contegix may seek to determine IP addresses, current hosting providers, existing websites, the nature of the visitor’s business, among other things.



Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
Although we don’t currently provide aggregate information to third-parties, Contegix may from time to time share aggregated demographic information with partners and providers in order to customize the Contegix website, expand the business, or to market our services to other individuals.

We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

Personally Identifiable Information
Contegix will only share personally identifiable information with service providers necessary to deliver Contegix’s services or to track the requests coming in to the Contegix website. Currently, this information is only shared with our CRM application, which we use to track sales requests. Third parties are not permitted to retain personally identifiable information for their own use. 

Service Providers
Contegix utilizes various third-party data management services, such as online sales tracking and CRM tools. Contegix places personally identifiable information in these services. Third-party service providers do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. 

Other Third Parties 
Contegix maintains partnerships with several companies in order to provide our full service catalog. When responding to sales inquiries or other requests for information from Contegix, we may share personally identifiable information with these partners in order to facilitate our response. Third-parties and partners do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. To opt-out from Contegix providing your personally identifiable information to third-parties, visitors can click the opt-out checkbox on the “Contact Us” form.

Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

We provide the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes. If you do not wish your personally identifiable information to be stored on Contegix systems, or provided to third-parties, Contegix will remove your information from these systems. Simply email with the details of your request. We respond to all inquiries within 30 days of receipt.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account settings page, or you can contact us though the Contact Us form.

Log Files
As is true of most websites, we and our third party tracking-utility partners gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Access to PI on the Portal
An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Contegix’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Contegix will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Social Media Widgets
Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site.
