Meet Julie Ann Lathrop, Service Desk Analyst I
Role at Contegix: "In laymen’s terms: I fix people’s computer problems (while providing amazing customer support)!!"
Your favorite thing about being in customer support: “I love being able to help people, and the satisfaction in their voice, when a job is completed.”
Recent accomplishment: “I recently applied at the local college here, to get ready to complete my Bachelor’s degree. Also started a Pluralsight course on Office 365 administration.”
Fun Fact: “I have 3 crazy cats, and they are my world!”

Role at Contegix: “I work with our customers to find solutions to the problems they face.”
Your favorite thing about being in customer support: “I enjoy working with a team and figuring out the puzzles that each issue brings.”
Recent accomplishment: “I recently helped teach a couple of bright new engineers!”
Fun Fact: “I know sign language, it’s basically a superpower.”
