Brad Hokamp has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years, primarily focused in the cloud, managed services, IT consulting, and data center industry. He has been a senior executive for mid-size to multi-billion-dollar service providers with a focus on driving high growth performance. Brad has extensive experience in developing successful go to market teams that provide tremendous business value to customers, building operational teams that delivery superior customer service, along with successfully acquiring and integrating strategic businesses to expand capabilities and geographic markets. Most recently, he was CEO of Anexinet, who specializes in designing and developing digital business applications. Prior to Anexinet, he was the CEO of Cosentry, the Midwest regional leader in cloud, managed services and data center outsourcing, which was sold to Tierpoint in 2016. He also worked for Savvis (now owned by Century Link) for ten years, in senior sales and marketing executive leadership positions, with his last role as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Hosting and Data Center business unit. Brad holds a BA degree from Vanderbilt University with a major in Economics.
Chuck Cioffi, Chief Financial Officer at Contegix, is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. Chuck joined Contegix with over 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience with an emphasis on managing growth, driving process improvements and improving return on investment.
Prior to joining Contegix, he served as COO & CFO of Bambeco, a venture growth backed omnichannel retailer and wholesaler of sustainable home furnishings. He was COO & CFO of The Robert Allen Group, a private equity backed B2B brand of luxury fabrics, furniture, and fabricated bedding products, and also held the position of CFO at two multi-channel retailers, Home Decorators Collection and Knights Direct. Chuck also has held senior financial roles in several entrepreneurial companies.
Chuck has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Louis University with majors in Accounting and Finance. He also is a licensed CPA having practiced for over 12 years with Ernst and Young (EY).
John Emard, Chief Revenue Officer at Contegix, is responsible leading and managing revenue operations including sales and marketing programs.
John is an accomplished global information technology industry executive with 25 years of experience in direct sales, channel sales, distribution, running a start-up solution provider, leading global sales teams as well as running global revenue operations and alliance programs. John joins Contegix from Matrix Integration, a managed services & IT service provider where he led all revenue generation, business development, sales operations and alliance partner programs. Prior to Matrix, John spent a decade at Symantec in various leadership roles, culminating in his final project where he led a global cross-functional team responsible for the operational separation of Veritas as part of a global divestiture to private equity. Prior to Symantec, John held positions at Computer Associates, Data Return and Arrow Electronics.
John has been married to his wife, Julie, for 25 years and they have 2 adult children. John’s hobbies are coaching and training Muay Thai Kickboxing, customizing motorcycles, music and outdoor activities with his family. John attended Ball State University and ITT Technical Institute where he earned an Associates of Science in Architectural Engineering. John is based in Indianapolis, Indiana and will split his time operating from our Denver, St. Louis and Reading, PA locations.
Jeremy Pease, Chief Operations Officer at Contegix, is responsible for providing executive leadership to the Managed Services, Customer Operations, Project Management, Infrastructure and Product teams.
Jeremy’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining the product roadmap, developing go-to-market strategies and deliverables, owning strategic product partnerships, guiding acquisition strategies, customer support operations, and guiding end-to-end, organizational product alignment.
Before joining Contegix, Jeremy worked for Hosting as the VP of Managed Services. Jeremy led multiple large scale, strategic initiatives in his 3 years at Hosting impacting product delivery, operational consistency, premium customer support and bottom line revenue goals. These initiatives included launching a managed services platform to fully support AWS & Azure, obtaining and maintaining an industry leading 65 NPS across all of customer support for over 2,000 customers and creating a fully functional Customer Success Organization leading to a reduction in churn of over 35%.
Jeremy previously worked at Indisoft as the EVP responsible for Infrastructure and Customer Interactions. Prior to that, he held roles at Wingspan as the Director of PMO and Servicing Control and ACS (a Xerox Company) as a Program Manager. Within his eighteen years in the IT Industry, he also worked at Neiman Marcus where he managed the development of custom applications and analytical reporting for the Marketing, Call Center and Buying Offices of the catalog and online division.
Jeremy attended the University of Phoenix where he obtained his Associate of Arts in Business.
Jeremy, his wife, and 4 children reside in Dallas, TX. where he enjoys playing softball, golf and traveling with his family.
ARLYN R. SMALL, JR.
Arlyn R. Small, Jr., Chief of Human Resources at Contegix, is responsible for developing and implementing the overall people strategy for the company.
Arlyn will be responsible for leading talent optimization, recruiting, benefits, colleague engagement, career path planning and performance management. He will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Arlyn brings 25 plus years of experience having worked in manufacturing, high tech, telecommunication and retail industries. Moreover, he has an extensive track record of leading large change management initiatives in complex global organizations.
Prior to Contegix, Arlyn spent time at Qlik Technologies as the Vice President of Global Culture and Talent. In this role, he was responsible for providing HR leadership support to Qlik’s Marketing, Finance, Product Development and RD functions located in US, Asia and Europe. Arlyn has also held senior level HR roles for Amazon, Tyco Electronics, Microsoft and Charter Communications. Additionally, he has provided business planning expertise’s and HR consultative services to several start-up businesses. He has a passion for helping people reach their goals and potential.
Arlyn earned a BA in Social Science from Pittsburg State University and a Masters of Public Administration from Troy University. He is also a proud veteran having served in the United States Air Force.
Arlyn, his wife and son reside in Phoenixville. Pa. where he enjoys working out, coaching and spending time watching his son play tennis.
