David Turner is currently CEO of Contegix. A global executive, David has spent a significant portion of his career developing markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. Previous to Contegix, David was Senior Vice President of DigitalGlobe and had the revenue and marketing responsibility for the company as well as managing the Energy business unit.
Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, David served as Vice President, Strategy & Analysis and Supply Chain at IHS Markit (NASDAQ: INFO), a $3.3B global information company. During his tenure at IHS, David led the America’s revenue efforts for the Strategy & Analysis industry vertical teams, including brands such as IHS CERA, IHS Global Insight, IHS SRIC, Purvin & Gertz, IHS CMAI, IHS Emerging Energy Research, IHS iSuppli, IHS Intermat, and IHS Herold. In addition, he led the IHS delegation at the 2009 and 2010 World Economic Forum – Summer Davos and the 2009-2012 World Economic Forum – Middle East and LATAM. In addition, he led the revenue generation efforts for CERAWeek 2010-2012, the largest and most influential energy executive summit.
David started at IHS via the acquisition of Intermat, Inc. in 2004.
Prior to joining IHS, David was President of iPath Solutions, a Houston-based e-business consulting firm. From 1995-2000, David was Vice President of Global Shop Solutions, an ERP software firm focused on meeting all business-management needs of custom manufacturing clients.
David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University with a double major in management information systems and quantitative business analysis. He serves on the board of advisors for the Athens Group, an Austin-based provider of independent, third-party technology assurance services for high-specification Oil & Gas drilling and production systems. He also serves on the board of advisors for Travelers Haven and Hotel Engine. David is also a member of the YPO Colorado chapter.
Chuck Cioffi, Chief Financial Officer at Contegix, is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. Chuck joined Contegix with over 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience with an emphasis on managing growth, driving process improvements and improving return on investment.
Prior to joining Contegix, he served as COO & CFO of Bambeco, a venture growth backed omnichannel retailer and wholesaler of sustainable home furnishings. He was COO & CFO of The Robert Allen Group, a private equity backed B2B brand of luxury fabrics, furniture, and fabricated bedding products, and also held the position of CFO at two multi-channel retailers, Home Decorators Collection and Knights Direct. Chuck also has held senior financial roles in several entrepreneurial companies.
Chuck has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Louis University with majors in Accounting and Finance. He also is a licensed CPA having practiced for over 12 years with Ernst and Young (EY).
CTO & CISO
As Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer of Contegix, Jason Ford works at the forefront of innovative technologies to develop solutions. Jason draws upon his 25 years of experience in advanced technology and infrastructure development to oversee the organization’s technical design, direction and security initiatives.
Those years of experience stem from working on a wide range of technologies in varying industries and agencies. Jason worked in the public sector for several years – first for the Chief Scientist of the Federal Bureau of Investigations developing innovative network and system technologies, and then with the Department of the Treasury, creating an online platform for purchasing savings bonds. Working at private sector companies like Verio (since purchased by NTT Data), Jason learned even more about cloud hosting and managed services at large scale. He applied the knowledge he acquired there, in regard to processing and customer service, to the strong work ethic derived from his blue collar background.
Before joining Contegix, Jason was CTO and co-founder of BlackMesh in Ashburn, VA. Jason co-founded BlackMesh in 2003 with a mission of providing customized and secure cloud service offerings with on-demand support for organizations of all sizes. BlackMesh was acquired by Contegix in June of 2017.
Chief Operations Officer
Jeremy Pease, Chief Operations Officer at Contegix, is responsible for providing executive leadership to the Managed Services, Customer Operations, Project Management, Infrastructure and Product teams.
Jeremy’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining the product roadmap, developing go-to-market strategies and deliverables, owning strategic product partnerships, guiding acquisition strategies, customer support operations, and guiding end-to-end, organizational product alignment.
Before joining Contegix, Jeremy worked for Hosting as the VP of Managed Services. Jeremy led multiple large scale, strategic initiatives in his 3 years at Hosting impacting product delivery, operational consistency, premium customer support and bottom line revenue goals. These initiatives included launching a managed services platform to fully support AWS & Azure, obtaining and maintaining an industry leading 65 NPS across all of customer support for over 2,000 customers and creating a fully functional Customer Success Organization leading to a reduction in churn of over 35%.
Jeremy previously worked at Indisoft as the EVP responsible for Infrastructure and Customer Interactions. Prior to that, he held roles at Wingspan as the Director of PMO and Servicing Control and ACS (a Xerox Company) as a Program Manager. Within his eighteen years in the IT Industry, he also worked at Neiman Marcus where he managed the development of custom applications and analytical reporting for the Marketing, Call Center and Buying Offices of the catalog and online division.
Jeremy attended the University of Phoenix where he obtained his Associate of Arts in Business.
Jeremy, his wife, and 4 children reside in Dallas, TX. where he enjoys playing softball, golf and traveling with his family.
SVP of Sales
Ann Borza, Senior Vice President of Sales at Contegix, is responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy in order to delight clients and achieve company goals for growth. Her responsibilities include team leadership, coaching and development, planning, and sales operations and effectiveness. Ann also serves as an executive sponsor for several Contegix client partnerships. She is a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Contegix.
Before joining Contegix, Ann was Vice President of Sales for DSS. She joined DSS in 1997 and before leading sales, she served as Vice President of Services for DSS for most of her tenure. Her focus as a member of the DSS executive team was always on enriching the teamwork and processes between services and sales to best serve the client. Ann has over 25 years' experience in the technology industry and began her career with IBM in Reading, PA. She is ITIL Foundation certified and speaks at company and industry events regarding changes in the channel and IT service effectiveness.
Prior to joining DSS, Ann held leadership positions in marketing and development with the Reading Rehabilitation Hospital and the Reading Symphony Orchestra.
Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree from Juniata College. She serves on the Marketing Committee of the Alvernia University Board and on the IBM Business Partner Marketing Advisory Council.
Ann, her husband, and two children reside in Lancaster County, PA where she is active in her church and community and enjoys playing tennis and volunteering as a USTA team captain.
SVP of Network & Infrastructure
Dominic Lozano, Senior Vice President of Network & Infrastructure at Contegix, is responsible for strategically analyzing all aspects of the business for opportunities that will aid in product, process, and organizational growth.
Prior to joining Contegix, Dominic served as the Director of Operations at Nimbus EMR, a local start-up developing innovative long-term care EMR software. Throughout his time at Nimbus EMR, Dominic made significant contributions towards building the organizations, processes, and tools required for the operation of the business. In addition, he managed the daily operation of the support and implementation organizations.
Before that, Dominic spent time at SAVVIS, A CenturyLink Company, where he worked in multiple capacities ranging from support management to Automation Center BA. There, Dominic helped start and build a grass roots effort that identified and implemented significant tool and process enhancements.
Dominic, his wife, and his two children reside in St. Louis, MO where he enjoys playing music, woodworking, running, fishing, and spending time with his family.
SVP of Strategic Initiatives
Carl Marks, Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Contegix, is responsible for managing network and hardware contracts, real estate optimization, tracking operational efficiency of key projects, contract negotiations and assisting with due diligence on acquisition opportunities. Carl is a member of the Contegix Senior Leadership Team and an executive sponsor for several client partnerships.
Prior to joining Contegix, Carl was Chief Operating Officer (COO) at DSS. During his tenure at DSS, Carl extended hosting capabilities across multiple data centers, optimized operational processes and expanded the portfolio to include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) outsourcing solutions.
Before joining DSS, Carl was Vice President of Information Services at Carpenter Technology Corporation, a Fortune 1000 company headquartered in Reading, PA. In that role, he transformed the company’s view of information services from “overhead cost” to “value added service provider.”
Carl is active in the community, serving on the board of Olivet Boys and Girls Clubs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and a Masters of Business Administration from Lehigh University.
Carl and his wife live in Sinking Spring and have three children and five grandchildren.
SVP of Marketing & Communications
Tom Prindiville, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Contegix, is responsible for leading, developing and executing the overall Marketing strategy for the company. Tom’s Marketing responsibilities include developing brand messaging, promotional strategies, partner alliances, corporate communications, market research, demand generation, and creating the company’s annual Marketing plan and budget. During his tenure at Contegix, Tom has also led the Business Development & Sales teams to three years of record growth while serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Before joining Contegix, Tom served as the North American, E-Commerce Creative/Marketing Manager for New Balance Athletic Shoe. In that role, Tom led his department in the development of e-commerce, retail store and event marketing initiatives for the global shoe manufacturer. Prior to that, Tom spent nearly 17 years at Anheuser-Busch, Inc. in their Brand Management division culminating his Executive career as the Group Manager of Consumer Marketing. During his tenure at Anheuser-Busch, Tom held roles of increasing responsibility in areas such as Sports & TV Media, Merchandising, Global Digital Marketing and E-Business Marketing.
Tom was educated at the University of Missouri, where he earned an M.B.A. in Management and also a B.A. in Political Science, International Relations.
Tom, his wife, and three children reside in Columbia, IL. where he enjoys running, coaching, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
ARLYN R. SMALL, JR.
SVP of Human Resources
Arlyn R. Small, Jr., Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Contegix, is responsible for developing and implementing the overall people strategy for the company.
Arlyn will be responsible for leading talent optimization, recruiting, benefits, colleague engagement, career path planning and performance management. He will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Arlyn brings 25 plus years of experience having worked in manufacturing, high tech, telecommunication and retail industries. Moreover, he has an extensive track record of leading large change management initiatives in complex global organizations.
Prior to Contegix, Arlyn spent time at Qlik Technologies as the Vice President of Global Culture and Talent. In this role, he was responsible for providing HR leadership support to Qlik’s Marketing, Finance, Product Development and RD functions located in US, Asia and Europe. Arlyn has also held senior level HR roles for Amazon, Tyco Electronics, Microsoft and Charter Communications. Additionally, he has provided business planning expertise’s and HR consultative services to several start-up businesses. He has a passion for helping people reach their goals and potential.
Arlyn earned a BA in Social Science from Pittsburg State University and a Masters of Public Administration from Troy University. He is also a proud veteran having served in the United States Air Force.
Arlyn, his wife and son reside in Phoenixville. Pa. where he enjoys working out, coaching and spending time watching his son play tennis.
